The signature Rainbow Dynasty Xiao Long Bao is indeed the best with eight flavors. Recommend to follow the instruction to start with an original flavor Xiao Long Bao first, which has a lot of soup inside.
You can walk from this restaurant indoor connected to the Le Shrimp Noodle Bar next door under the same roof since the same owner opened the two restaurants simultaneously Oct. 23, 2025.
The service is also excellent with an excellent vibe!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt spacious, well-managed and vibrant. The outdoor shopping centre has a resort-like feel, complete with a gorgeous dancing fountain, live music, and even a free, vintage-style trolley tram that loops through the property — great for kids and a fun way to take in the whole atmosphere.
We stopped at The Cheesecake Factory for lunch — the perfect spot right on the promenade with outdoor seating and an unbeatable view of the fountain. The food was classic, portions generous, and service was excellent as always.
The retail mix is upscale but approachable, with stores like Nordstrom, Apple, and local boutiques. We loved how walkable everything was, with wide paths and plenty of seating to just sit and enjoy the scenery.
