"We called the bridge operator 3 times on 9/25/24, and he approved our request to open the bridge.
He didn't stop traffic, and waited to open the bridge until we were so close, our mast was going through the opening as the bridge was still raising.
He put our safety and our vessel in grave danger.
We will be reporting this event to the Harbormaster, and the MA Dept Of Transportation on Monday.
