"Great park with plenty of activities happening throughout the week! Lots of trails heading in north directions along the river- we walked about one mile from the visitors center and reached the Potomac dam which has great views. The trails were well taken care of. I arrived around 9am and there was plenty of parking and not too many other people on the trail"
