"We reached this station in morning via Carolinan 80 Train around 8:30 AM. But, it was like ghosted station. No one around. There were few homeless people in and around waiting hall area.
Easily accessible by cab or car. And, have sufficient parking space.
Also, there is one shop in the premises which have few eating items available. Need more cleanliness on stations and waiting area."

"My daughter first time riding the train back to college today. She was having an issue with her ticket loading. She went inside to ask for help to see if they could print ticket and where she needed to go. When she approached The bald headed light skinned man to ask for information regarding her ticket and directions as to where she go to board he was rude and had snarky remarks in which he directed her to sit and wait for her trial. It wasn’t until she almost missed her when he made a comment “your gone miss your train if you sit here, go through the double doors” . As if she didn’t already as k fort that information upping entering the building. If you don’t want to be there to do your job just don’t show up your in customer service! Don’t job and serve your paying customers!"

"Rode the train from Cary to Greensboro for the day to visit museum downtown with our 3 year old twins and it was totally worth it. No stressful traffic and kids screaming in the back.
Instead they get to sit in comfortable seats and lookout the windows and eat snacks and hangout!
