"Went in January from Michigan, spent a few days there. Didn't catch much but there was a good amount of parking. The Porta potty was clean the first day, second day it was terrible but within an hour it was cleaned again. Very clean, open to public place to fish."
Ashton (Bean1228)
"Not much shade but FREE fishing pier! Restrooms as you walk out but have to dredge all the way back to use the free Port a potty. Concrete bridge with mostly local fisher-people!"
Gary Mitchell
"One of the pilings is literally MISSING underneath the pier, with chunks of concrete hanging off of it. This should be taken care of immediately so someone isn't conked on the head by at least a cubic meter of solid cement, and I hope this portion is blocked off.
EDIT: I raised this to two stars because I emailed the county and learned that the upcoming restoration project will demolish a short section of it, including the part with the damaged pillar."
