There are a few empty store fronts still, but recently a lot of improvements have been made in revitalizing this area. I expect this area to be very different in the coming years and more closely resemble downtown Frederick in some positive ways"

"For the First time in my life my wife and I went down to the " Donut " in the town square of Hagerstown and we had a great time. Plenty of donuts and hot chocolate all for free. Plus, a live Dj, with great music for all. WDVM news in Hagerstown was there interviewing people and having the time of their lives. Plenty of children's activities again ALL for free. A great time had by all. It happens every year on New Years Eve. See you there!!!"
