Alelele Falls, Hawaii 😍😍 This was probably one of the taller waterfalls we saw on our roadtrip to Hana. Had about a 10min rocky hike from the main road to get here but was definitely worth it! . . . . . . . #alelelefalls #hawaiiwaterfall #hawaii #maui #honolulu #oahu #roadtrippin #waterfall #hike #views

One of the top highlights on the road to Hana was hiking back to Alelele Falls and having this beauty to ourselves!!! ✨️ Our amazing guide and friend @journeyjill led a call and response chant to evoke protection and wisdom on our time in Maui. We did a ceremony to embody our presence and love before our wedding day and set intentions for the 10 days in Wailea with 4 generations of family together...

The short, rocky hike is considered manageable and rewarding, leading to a beautiful waterfall and refreshing pool. While parking can be tricky and cell service is absent, the overall experience is highly praised for its natural charm and peaceful ambiance.

"I absolutely hate how frequently this area seems to be closed. It is the most striking and surreal beach on the island, especially after a long day doing the Road to Hana. Pictures really don't do it justice. You have got to listen to the gorgeous sound of the waves along the rocky shore.
Are there more picturesque beaches? Absolutely. But this one is just so cool! And you'll probably be the only one there."

Mark Bolton

"Park in sandy area by the pool adjacent to the black pebble beach (be careful not to get stuck in the sand if you don’t have 4x4). Enter either through the pool and walk upstream under the bridge, or via the short but steep path on the makai side of the Hana (east) side of the bridge. Walk along stream on the right side of the stream until you reach the falls. Have to cross the stream once near the end. It’s only about 12” deep. Easy and short hike and the falls are beautiful. We were the only ones there for the 20 min or so that we hung out. There are a couple of shady spots on the beach to sit and have lunch. -clc"

Carl Christensen

"This is a beautiful beach, will you can just sit in the sand I let the world go by as you listen to the waves crash on the shore. This beach is never crowded and always have parking. It's never too hot never too cold stopped to see this beach"
