"I love this park and the way it integrates the athletic/activities facilities into and amongst its’ natural features. Rather than feeling surrounded by people, you’re able to enjoy your favorite activities surrounded by the majestic trees in this beautiful park. In my mind, this is just a more relaxing environment and may even encourage people to be more active and possibly try new things.
The handicap parking spot at the pond was also much appreciated. As was the sidewalk running along one edge of that pond, from the parking spot, to and beyond the pier. That said, I left wishing it had continued on, either further into the park or at least encircling the pond."

"Today we ventured to the skate park side of the park, but we have been here multiple times for the playground and to walk around the pond. The only grumble I would have is the bathrooms could use some TLC but they were in working order so that is better than nothing!"
