"1. I had to explain to the person scanning tickets 4 times that I had 5 tickets. She kept stopping us after scanning tickets saying I only had 1 ticket.
2. Several of the toilets did not flush.
3. There was several inches of standing water (not raining) where we had to walk and sit that never left and had a foul odor.
4. There was broken pieces of concrete scattered throughout where we had to walk/sit.
5. There was not adequate parking. They only had two small shuttle buses going to the convention center. We arrived at the designated pickup spot before the game was over and still waited an hour. The driver kept stopping before getting to the designated pickup spot to pick up people that were last in line instead of the people that had been waiting for an hour.
6. The DJ played music during the time the official was explaining penalties on multiple occasions."
