Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Dry Creek Valley for its exceptional wines, particularly Zinfandel, and its breathtaking vineyard scenery. The warm hospitality and personalized service at many wineries, like Dry Creek Vineyard, are frequently highlighted, making for memorable and relaxed tasting experiences. While some find weekend crowds can be a bit much, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many planning return visits.

"I took my boyfriend here for a Californian wine tasting experience and it was so perfect. The vineyards are beautiful and expansive and free to roam through but the service is also just as special. We were hosted by Darren who was extremely knowledgeable about the tasting notes of every wine and the individual process it takes to make each bottle. Darren offered us samples of lots of wines too and we even got a special wine cellar tour that we weren’t expecting. He then introduced us to the family owner of the Dry Creek Vineyard itself (like meeting royalty!). He really made our visit so memorable. If you’re planning a wine tour whilst in the area, this historic site is an essential first stop!"

"We visited this winery many years ago and enjoyed it so much we stopped in again. We loved the outdoor tasting area, so beautiful. The wines are very good and are reasonably priced. They are dog friendly and nicely accommodated us and our pup. We will be back!!"

Lori Harrison

"An excellent boutique winery set in the Dry Creek Valley. The winery has a lovely showroom, a very nice picnic area, and a display garden across the road. Call for more information on tastings, the tables, and special events that take place throughout the year.

The staff at Dry Creek Winery are terrific and are very helpful and welcoming. Ask for Paige!"
