What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Zipline Utah for its thrilling rides, especially the Screaming Falcon, and the stunning scenic views over Deer Creek Reservoir. Many highlight the fun and challenging nature of the course, with staff often noted for being helpful and accommodating, making it a memorable experience for families and individuals alike.
"Great place to zip line, and we were able to get in on the same day with a phone call. It would be best to call in and make a reservation. I noticed on some of the other reviews they had complaints with wait time and not getting people through the course (that is a rough explanation). We did not experience any of those issues, no one cut in front of our group and everyone was weighed for safety. I would highly recommend this activity. They had stunning views, great speed, great experience being out doors. Just plan it accordingly, make reservations, and have fun. The staff did a great job checking our lines for safety. The staff did have a while to warm up to us, but we got them going and helped open them up to conversations and got more involved.
Two pro tips for you before you go: one, If you want to go for speed I encourage getting a speed app before you go. Internet connection there is horrible. Second, be prepared to pay for parking that is something to be aware of. Pay for parking and rough Internet connection.
Some suggestions: one, the staff could be more welcoming and engaging. It did not bother us but the staff warmed up."

"I am a fit mid sixties female who wanted to try something new. The zip lines near Park City were done running for the season, so we found Zip line Utah. We did the Rush package with the Big zip line, 4 others and the aerial bridge.
After the training video the staff prepared us more about how to control your speed, my advice...ASK questions if you are unsure. The Big Line was actually amazing, the views spectacular, and although I didn't "stick the landing" so to speak, it was challenging, a bit scary but an awesome experience. With each zip line I got better control of my speed.
The aerial bridge was quite the experience. I think the guides should have warned us that when you get to the two points in the bridge where the support cables are, that you have to wind around them. Problem solving that mid air was nerve wracking for me. While we were on the bridge the guides were unengaged with what we were doing.
By the last zip line I felt confident, the female guide did warn me that this was by far the fastest. It was short and fast and I was unable to control my speed. The three springs at the end were unable to stop me before my legs hit the large support post of the final landing area. On impact my neck snapped back. On top of that, my apple watch detected a crash (not a fall) and since the wifi was so poor my emergency contacts all got messages that I had been in a crash. I had no way of alerting them I was ok, until they started calling me.
We saw an ambulance, fire truck and squad car in the distance, but they didn't see us so they left. When I finally stopped the male guide was very nonchalant about what I had experienced. He had me sit and drink some water.
Am I still glad I did it? Yes. The course has a lot of options and packages to experience.
However, as it is at Olympic Park maybe some of the beams at Zip Line Utah could be padded? Also, the wifi needs improvement for sure.
Suffice to say I have checked this off my list."
