"I lost my daddy 11 years ago, and this year was exceptionally difficult for me. I live in Oregon and his gravesite is in Resurrection Cemetery in Helena, Montana. I ordered a beautiful bonsai tree arrangement to be delivered to my dad's gravesite, but when I called to confirm, John told me it hadn't been delivered. Come to find out, I had it delivered to the funeral home there instead of the cemetery (noted for future reference!) John took the time to call me to let me know the funeral home was closed for the weekend, so they couldn't get the arrangement to my dad's gravesite in time for Father's Day. BUT, when John called me ON Father's Day, he told me he wouldn't be able to get to the funeral home because they were closed, but that he was going to go out and personally put some fresh geraniums on my dad's gravesite for Father's Day. Absolutely amazing. Till we meet again, Daddy. And John, a very sincere Thank You."
