The only downside was that the seats could have been a bit more comfortable—some added cushioning would go a long way for a longer tour like this.

Even my kids were rapt and enjoyed learning about the history of the town and the lasting impact of Hershey's philanthropy. "We came and did the Christmas light trolly tour as a family last Christmas year and it was so much fun! We got the back seat of the trolly like the cool kids! The driver was very friendly and safe as well. The only downside is the lack of emergency exits on the trolley. One window per side is an emergency exit and there is one roof hatch. No back or side door emergency exits. Dude I was GUTTED ! Usually buses have a bunch of emergency exits not this trolly . We would definitely come again and do the ride . We wanna go for a summer trip and see different sights as well."
