"If you're looking for some roadside Attraction to visit just for the fun of it, then this is for you. We do enjoy seeing the world's largest whatever is as we cross the country. Sometimes they're a bit of a tourist trap but in general it's just for fun. That's exactly what this is. It is fun to see. It was easy to get to. There just isn't anything to do when you get there as far as the feature. There's no gift or souvenir shop. You're basically stopping along a city street to take a picture of the world's largest chest of drawers."

"High Point is considered the “Furniture Capital of the World”, and the dresser was built in the 1920s as a way to highlight the city’s furniture industry. The oversized chest of drawers even has two dangling socks carved on the front—symbolizing High Point’s role in hosiery production as well.
It’s become an iconic roadside attraction, often visited by tourists and furniture shoppers alike."

"Very cool and a short drive from winston salem, unfortunately its having repairs made right now and theres a fence around it. You can still take good pictures though! Where i parked wasnt wheelchair accessible, but there is a sidewalk so there are places to park where it could be accessible. Since im ambulatory (able to walk short distances) i was able to get in front and snap a pic!"
