"This is a beautiful park with beautiful views up in the mountains overlooking waynesboro and surrounding areas with plenty of amenities like picnic tables up dated kids play equipment with a variety of shaded and sunny areas for a picnic. It also has an overlook, a train that comes through ever so often, and pavilions that you can reserve for use for an outdoor event. There are plenty of parking spaces available and paved walkways to easily maneuver your way around the park. Last but not least, the park is tobacco free and has easy access points to the surrounding trails and is very well maintained, too. All in all, this park has to be one of the best to visit that I've been to in the tri-state area."

"Gorgeous park! There was a wedding happening when we arrived, so we couldn't go out on the viewing platform and get pictures of the overlook (which is fine, we'd rather respect the wedding than snag some pictures lol we'll get the pictures next time and add them to this post). Bathrooms were clean, park is also very clean. Plenty of parking spaces."
