"I was hung up on when trying to pay my case file, went in to do the same since I had no luck on the phone or online. Only to have the rudest Civil Court Clerk ever treat me horribly. The old grey haired lady dismissed me without providing any real information/explanation after 2 other clerks pointed me to her for help. Absolutely shameful the way she conducts herself. The other 2 ladies standing around her today 11/14/25 @11AM who looked super uncomfortable the way she was treating someone was all we needed to leave. No help at all."

"Mary Ann in probate was difficult and rude.
For someone that works in probate you’d expect compassion, patience and an employee ready to do their job at 8am.
She seemingly was annoyed with the phone number I called in on demanding to know what it was. I didn’t have a case number so instead of saying let me see if I can find it she rudely stated, “If you don’t have a case then I have to go thru all the last names and look it it up. You need to have a case number….” Shocked, I nearly hung up at the tone and delivery of her words. There are plenty other people that would appreciate her county job and serve the community far better."
