Reviews Summary
Evergreen Cemetery is widely praised for its well-maintained grounds and the exceptional professionalism and kindness of its staff, who go above and beyond to assist visitors. "We had experienced an issue with my grandfathers grave, that went on for nearly 2 years.
However, once Tom was made aware of the issue - it was resolved within days!
Not only did Tom take the time to fix our problem and express kindness and understanding over the negative experience, he also took the time to ensure the headstones were cleaned and that we were satisfied with the resolution.
We cannot thank him enough for his christ-like kindness towards us and our situation.
What was a 1 start review is now 5 stars, due to his respectful due diligence and professionalism.
Thank you once again, for lifting a major weight from our shoulders! 🙏"

"We are so grateful to Kevin and the office staff at Evergreen Cemetery for their help in locating the grave of my grandparents. We had no idea where they were buried, and after coming upon some information we learned they were at Evergreen. I could not locate the grave with the map provided. Kevin and the staff kept in touch, did some research and today, with Kenny’s assistance, we were able to visit the grave.
Thanks very much!"

"I am so grateful I made the decision to prearrange everything with Evergreen. Teresa Dozier walked me through every option-burial plot, service style, even the financial plan. She made it all clear and easy. I was very pleased with how professional she was from my talk with her on the phone and the in office visit."
