The area is praised for its walkable design and potential for community events like farmers markets. Some suggest improvements to the kitchen facilities in event spaces.
"Nice neighborhood. Nice walking trail for yourself and your dog. Two great places to dine just across the street for Pizza and Mexican food."

"A baby shower was held for my daughter in this beautiful building. When I walked in, I was amazed at how lovely the building was. Large ballroom/meeting area. A nice living area was in the back so the guys could enjoy a ballgame in comfy surroundings while the shower took place.
The only suggestion I could make for improvement would be to make the kitchen area a little more usable by adding a commercial stove. I am sure they may not have added that due to liability reasons.
The venue was perfect for us and our event. Do not hesitate to consider this venue for your next special occasion."
