"This is an amazing mansion in the heart of Historic Irvington decorated with period appropriate furnishings. There's a working piano in the front parlor and a small, residential type kitchen. You'll find a large, flat outdoor area for tents and seating.
I've been to many events here over the years and it's interesting to be in the middle of all the history. It's always a conversation starter at a party.
You'd have to ask them what the capacity is, but I would say 30 to 40 inside comfortably. Considerably more counting outside.
NOTE 100% of the venue rental fee goes to the Benton House nonprofit for the maintenance and restoration of this grand old home."
