There was a lady working there—she had glasses, curly hair, and was a bit chubby—who was very unfriendly and unhelpful with me and my child. She picked on me about the seatbelt, and when I asked her for help, she told me, “I can’t,” and gave me a firm look, as if she wasn’t allowed to assist at all.
There were no signs or instructions on how to fasten the seatbelt, and while I understand she was just doing her job, couldn’t she have been a little more friendly and helpful? At South Coast Plaza, the staff are always much more supportive.
We paid $4 for a 3-minute ride—helping kids with the seatbelt should be part of the service. Unfortunately, this lady's attitude made me not want to return"
