This Bank of America branch in Queens elicits mixed reviews, with some customers praising specific staff members for exceptional service, while others report significant issues with long wait times, perceived staff incompetence, and poor management. "The worst Bank Of America ever. I made an appointment for 2:30 PM a week ago because that was the next available appointment they had.
Get there and the guy that was checking people in, literally got up and walked to the back without saying anything… while I just sat and waited without checking in or having any one communicating anything.
I waited for 30 minutes and then left.
DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH"
