"We didn't have time to explore the trails, but it's beautiful even from the parking area. There's also a native plant garden right by the unique bathroom structure. We'll give it a try again in spring."

"This is a fantastic nature preserve on the Sonoma coastline for hiking with your dog. The trails are well-maintained, and every turn offers a beautiful vista of the Pacific Ocean."

"It's a hike. The 4 mile loop is up about 700ft and back down. My wife and I are in our Early 40's and average hikers who made the loop. There are multiple, I would almost say endless places to stop and take photos. The peak is at about 1.8 miles if you go east first. After the peak you enter areas of clouds around you with your final spot to take photos where you can see people from the parking lot. The spot to the west is maybe 1 mile up and a sight to see in itself but the secret is the back half of the loop. We walked past a barn with cows and horses a foot away from us with scenes as beautiful as they come."
