Reviews Summary
Jericho Cider Mill is celebrated for its historic charm and delicious seasonal treats, particularly its fresh apple cider and iconic cider donuts. Many visitors praise the authentic taste and festive fall atmosphere. However, some reviews mention issues with customer service and product consistency, alongside a strict no-refund policy.
"We loved our visit to Jericho Cider Mill! The cider slushie and fresh donuts were amazing, and the apple cranberry crumb was the perfect sweet finish. You can really feel the history and family tradition here. Great fall vibes, friendly service, and such a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the season."

"Honestly, the service here is extremely horrible. They don’t help with any questions and cut you off.
Older, blonde woman there was extremely rude & shouldn’t be working service. Maybe she was having an off day but I feel that with her age, she should have some type of emotional maturity not to bring it to work.
The cider donut was a bit dry as well.
Location wise- located next to busy road so be careful when parking."

"AWFUL!
The place smelled like mildew and rotten fruit and I should have walked out. Instead, I bought apple pie and cider and both were totally RANCID!!! What a waste of money. I had to throw it all out.
In addition, I left an email a voicemail and spoke to a woman at the cashier and told her that even if they wouldn’t issue a refund, I think the manager should want to know about this because something is clearly wrong. She told me she didn’t know how to do a refund and that she would speak to the manager and he would call me back. No one ever called. My email and my two phone messages were completely ignored. They showed no interest in finding out what happened.
I also see that the receipt says that the bottom no refund policy. I can only wonder why.
I will NEVER step foot back in here again."
