"What a great visit we had searching for my Gt. Gt. Grandfather, William Povey. Travelled from UK to visit NYC and other places in north-east and Great Lakes. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks Diane and the office staff, and the foreman that drove us to the Cunard Memorial!! So lucky to find his burial site and his name on the memorial plinth!"

"Someone needs to step in and fire the person running this place. We pay this place for our loved ones to have a peaceful resting place and this not it. As I can see they've been receiving bad reviews for a while now so I guess that's why Diane cared not of me threatening to post a review. She just assisted on knowing where my family was to clean up over there so I could visit. I said its not fair to others for one side to be cleaned but the others to not. She actually seemed as if she wanted to argue with me after I said it multiple times that the whole yard should be done not some. And it's plan to see they pick what parts to clean and not clean . She told me their short staffed which is not the case they're truly just keeping a certain spot done and others a mess it was three men out there as she said one was on a motorized cutter that alone could get a lot done . The funny thing was she asked me is it the ocean ave side like as if they know they not upkeeping that side of the cemetery. It's truly a disrespect to us all that has to come there and have a terrible experience to visit our loved ones after death being treated so unmorrally"

"Been waiting for a tombstone to be put up for my grandmother and I was told they start in the spring with foundations. I paid for my foundation a while ago, today I called to get an update so at least it can be done for mothers day and the guys basic answer was we will start " whenever the guys get to it " so freaking unprofessional answer. Then I ask for a time frame and he says maybe next week. So it went from when it gets sunny, to the 1st week of April, to it now being May in the 80s to whenever we get to it. That explains the 2 star reviews the cemetery has. Beware and do your research so you don't have to go through shitty service. Pay more less stress and direct answers elsewhere."
