"Google map mark is 1/4 mile off and in the wrong side of road. The trail is underwhelming leading to a tiny pond. All the trail side plates have been removed."

"This is a really nice hike with some great views and a lot of history. It's a very significant cultural site for the Nez Peirce tribe. This is their homeland and we are fortunate to be able to walk the same ground in this beautiful place.. be careful there is cougars and bears along with the deer who call this place home. Take nothing and leave only footprints to help protect these beautiful trails.. I recommend anyone who loves the history and culture of native Americans to check this place out and enjoy the beauty it has to offer.."
