Turtle bay beach is nice and you can see some turtles easily. The visibility under water is not amazing though.

"This review is about the Sunset Pool Bar at the Ritz Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay. After a long day of running around, we decided to grab some chow and a beverage at the Sunset Pool Bar. Our bartender, Dennis, was absolutely superb; a definite titan in the bartender game. The location of the bar provided super views and Dennis was spot on with his service. The Mai Tai's were absolutely incredible and set the stage for a wonderful meal of Fish Tacos, Korean Wings, and Lemon Grass Shrimp. The portions were the correct size and the flavors were amazing. What makes this Ritz Carlton so wonderful is even if you are not staying there, the other facilities and staff treat you like you are staying in their top of the line suite. On our next trip to Hawai'i, we will definitely stay at the Ritz. In addition to commending Dennis for his great management of the bar, we would also like to recognize Ms. Erika Reiter, who is the Front Office Manager. She and her crew gave us a great briefing on which rooms to specifically ask for based on our preference for view and floor. We could not have been treated any nicer. Dennis and Ms. Reiter definitely have customer service down to a fine art and you want to stay at this Ritz Carlton. Definitely looking forward to the next trip!"

"Amazing hotel. The property is absolutely stunning and there is so much to do. The pools are amazing and the beach is also amazing with sea turtles swimming everywhere. The rooms are big and if you get one with a balcony and couch, it’s unbeatable. One of the best properties in the world in my opinion. The food is average and extremely overpriced. The hotel service is subpar for being a Ritz Carlton. Overall, this is a must stay."
