"This was an awkward day. A friend of mine needed a ride to South Kennewick and I was to waste a bunch of time while he was at his dad's 90th birthday. There were family members that looks upon me with disgust and resent because I wasn't of the family and I was just his driver. With that type of reception I got the hell out of there so his family could have their own experience without me.
So, a couple miles away is The Southwest sports and event center. Aside from having a place where there were a bunch of kids playing I believe volleyball when we were there, there is a beautiful old carousel that they sell rides to for three bucks a ride. I had just gotten my self through the line. Bought myself a gold token for the ride, got in line for the ride and then I got a phone call from my friend saying can you pick me up and take me home. So I did not get to have the experience of writing the carousel which I haven't done in about 5 years, but I do still have the ride token, so when is eventually but not now so I don't have that to review today the last time I wrote on this carousel was wonderful, there was a ring you could try to grab and a place to throw the rings that you did grab so that old-fashioned fun still works on a carousel."
