"In one short year the garden has transitioned from beautiful to dreadful. It was once the place to visit in the spring for the beautiful array of daffodils and tulips. This year, no tulips and pitiful daffodils. There are plenty of flowering weeds throughout all of the beds. There are maintenance projects but that is not an excuse for how the entire property looks. The city needs to hire a professional gardening team. I will not be returning until then."
