"We used Say Yes in Key West to plan our destination wedding in Key West and we could not have been more pleased with the job they did. The process of booking our ceremony, choosing the decorations and finally the execution on the day of was so laid back and non-stressful, it was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The ceremony that they did for us at Ft. Zachary was exactly what we wanted. The flowers, the arch, the color of the sashes, everything was so perfect. They did such a wonderful job. The ambiance was exactly what we wanted and Kirsten, our day of wedding coordinator, did such a great job making sure everything was setup right and that everyone was in the right place. They really made our special day so beautiful!"

"Sent pictures of bridemaid dress weeks before wedding and ordered a turquoise tulle n sashes. My bouquet came with a baby blue ribbon (not the right colour) which concerned me so they went and changed everything to mint green (not the color) last minute. Did not hear from them, just to order extra decor etc, I had to email the itinerary to them as to how and when our group would arrive and depart, on the day of wedding the photographer called me and asked if I had a coordinator lol, the dinner/reception planner at resort was much more helpful . 😢. Also the officiator they assigned us forgot that we wanted to say our own vows😢. He apologized but we didn’t get to do that. They just seem disorganized altogether 😢"
