What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Centennial Park for its beautiful design, extensive play areas, and dog-friendly atmosphere. The new boardwalk and riverfront views are frequently highlighted as major attractions. Some minor issues include occasional locked restrooms and long lines during popular events.
"Clean park. Not for distance walking but a good spot for sitting and teaching the children a small bit of local history. Near downtown and a good spot for taking the little ones to see trains up close. There are restrooms and a water filling fountain. I can’t comment on the restroom cleanliness because they were locked at 8 am on a Sunday."

"The park itself is beautiful we attended the Santa Train there today and it was ok but Santa did not through toys from the train like we thought and the kiddos got pretty restless standing in the long lines to only get a sticker or candy cane but the snow machine was pretty cool and the llamas were pretty amazing!!!"

"Beautiful park i visit with my 2 dogs almost everyday!! Just a quarter mile from my home which is so very convenient as well!!! And they almost Always have the water sprinkler's turned on, or in this parks case "UP" (Lol), which is so very awesome, and literally "COOL" during the muggy hot summer days!!!"
