What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors find the King Ranch Museum to be a compact but historically rich experience, particularly appreciating the exhibits on ranch vehicles and Quarter Horses. However, some express disappointment with the museum's size and the strict no-photography policy, especially if exhibit videos are not functioning. Customer service experiences have been mixed, with some finding it lacking when issues arise.
"Poor customer service. Was hoping to come out of town to show my kids some stuff that are interesting and we are not allowed to take photos there. We were not even there for 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time here also not missing much so avoid this wack place"
Daniel Rodriguez
"The museum was a bit smaller than I thought it would've been and they don't allow photography. Friendly folks though and lots of history and pedigree to see. Gift shop could include bumper stickers. Be sure to also visit the store a few blocks away...lots of expensive hand-crafted stuff that was neat to look at, but above our pay grade, LOL!"
Brian Campbell
"This was a fun field trip with my daughter. We had the best tour guide in the King Ranch"
