"I really enjoyed my visit to Heritage Park, especially since it was such a pleasant and easy walk from the Kirkland downtown area. The path from downtown takes you through a charming neighborhood with many beautiful houses, and it's a great way to discover the area before arriving at the park.
Upon entering, I was greeted by a large grassy field, which would be perfect for a picnic or a game. There's also a big grassy door, which was a unique and fun feature—I had to take a photo of it! The park's trail is well-maintained and winds through the area, with some lovely flowers planted along the sides. I followed the trail down to the lakeside, which offered a tranquil spot to look out over the water.
Heritage Park is a great example of how Kirkland seamlessly blends its urban core with beautiful green spaces. It's a peaceful and scenic spot that feels both close to the city and a world away. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice stroll and a beautiful place to relax."
