Do not order from this store! More fellow customers are facing similar problems. They place their order and it doesn't ship, then when they go to contact by email or phone they can't get through and no emails are returned. Stealing their money
This review is for their online store/website that I would advise against ordering or purchasing from. The first complaint that should of led me away was their "click bait" pricing. I went to order a optic that was advertised at a lower price then upon checkout they said sorry price adjustment there's been a change in price which was higher than advertised.
Annoyed I still followed through with my order on a Thursday hoping it would ship by Friday or Monday. Monday came and have not received any tracking or verification so I sent a email asking when it would ship and was told Tuesday, okay great! Again Tuesday came and went with no confirmation of shipping so sent email next day, Wednesday and was told would ship that day. Fast forward to the following week still have yet to recieve any tracking information and then they stopped responding to emails until I mentioned filing a claim. Even then I had to send 3 emails asking for an update before I cancel this order before they got back with me.
This is poor business practice and can all be handled better by not giving false ship dates then never ship the item until 2 weeks later. As I'm currently posting this I still don't have the $900 optic I ordered or a tracking number after 2 weeks. Should of ordered through someone else."
