What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests consistently praise the resort's beautiful tropical theming, updated rooms, and the incredible convenience of the Disney Skyliner for accessing Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The Fuentes del Morro pool is a hit with families. However, the resort's large size and lack of elevators are frequently mentioned drawbacks, requiring significant walking or reliance on internal transportation.
"Great place! The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Staff was wonderful, rooms were well appointed, comfortable and spotless. The food in their quick service was excellent. This is a older resort but has been well maintained and updated. However, there are no elevators, so anyone with mobility issues would require a first floor room. Also, there are fewer electrical outlets than the newer resorts .Bus service was very good and the resort is on the skyliner route. I highly recommend this resort and would love to stay there again."

"Rooms were beautiful and the fifth sleeper room was accommodating for our family. Everyone was friendly and helpful for the most part. No elevators so we always had to go up and down the stairs with the strollers. It’s also an extremely large resort area so if you have younger children (under 5), just be prepared to walk a lot and/or have patience for the internal shuttle. The skyliner was incredible and great to ride with kids. Single strollers don’t need to be folded up when getting on. Overall would stay here again (when kids are older)."

"Excellent location on the Skyliner. Plenty of accessible parking near rooms. Rooms while updated, reflect their 1989 vintage in layout, bathroom, etc. Beautiful grounds with mature landscaping. Sebastion's was excellent for dinner and hotel quick serve restaurant was fine for breakfast. Bar service near pool was quite slow and inaccurate. Did not use main or ancillary pool - they looked inviting and best lifeguarding practices I have ever seen. Jamaica section Is closest to Skyliner. You pay a lot for the location but enabled us to save time and avoid riding the Disney bus system. Enjoyed our 2 night stay."
