What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the exhilarating mountain coaster and the chance to experience Olympic history firsthand. The well-maintained hiking trails offer beautiful views, especially in the fall. While some find it a bit pricey, the unique activities and stunning scenery make it a highly recommended destination for adventure and nature lovers.
"High Falls Gorge was very nice but it's one falls with views from several locations. Don't expect to see more than one falls. A little pricey in my opinion, although I can see it's a big investment for the pathway."
Mike Little
"Who says you can’t be a kid again at 50? Riding the Mt. Van Hoevenberg sled track was like jumping straight into an Olympic daydream I’ve had since 1980! The moment that sled took off, I was grinning like a 10-year-old watching the Winter Games on a grainy TV. The speed, the curves, the rush—absolutely unreal. The crew was fantastic—professional, friendly, and just as excited as I was. For a few glorious seconds, I wasn’t a middle-aged guy with a mortgage—I was an Olympian flying down the track. If you've ever wondered what it feels like to live that dream, trust me: DO IT. You’re never too old to fly!
Time line- went in the fall just as trees were changing colour which made it ready beautiful. Lots of parking and I would get a ticket online as it can be an hour wait for time slot and another hour lined up"
Chris
"Went there for a casual day hike. It was great. The view was very nice from the mountain top. The trail was well maintained and had stone stairs for most parts. This place also had the cutest chipmonks I had ever seen!"
