"My 4yr-old loved it, however, I thought every square inch was filthy, unfortunately. It was evident that routine cleanings in general areas are not done often. Possibly once a month. Germ central. The mats in the baby play area were sticky throughout and I saw at least 7 stray hairs on the floor, indicating a lack of cleaning. And it was empty at the time, not busy. The jungle gym was the best part, but extremely unclean as well. Even the two stairs down into the play mat area had thick pockets of dust and dirt in every corner. Seems like maybe this place was thriving at one point but has since gone down hill. There were signs talking about cleaning but I never once saw staff cleaning anything. At other kids’ centers you see them constantly cleaning. Glad they at least have some Germ-x stations on the walls. Needs fresh carpet throughout and every surface deep cleaned. We had planned to eat there but I didn’t trust it to be sanitary. Great concept but pretty disgusting as is. Also, it’s $11 per person for ages 1 and up. Many places are free for at least one chaperone and 2 and under. Adds up really quickly. Hope they can buy some Clorox wipes with that extra cash."
