We walked the park, sat and enjoyed the beauty and watched an eagle's nest in the background of the preserve. The geological story of these flowers is fascinating. We met people from all over the country. I loved it here!!"

"The trail is very short. I'm guessing half a mile in and out. No parking lot we could find. We parked on the side of the road. The daisies were not in bloom during our visit. I'm sure it would have been far more lovely if they had been. There was no shad, only a few wildflowers, and very few wildlife, including birds."
