Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Hershey's Chocolate World as a 'chocolate lover's paradise' and a 'Willy Wonka IRL' experience, praising the vast selection of treats, unique merchandise, and fun interactive activities like the giant s'mores. While most find it a delightful stop on the Strip, some note that certain items can be pricey and wish for more seating or historical exhibits.
"Made my type one Diabetes type two with all the amazing treats! The staff is friendly and this is like Willy Wonka but IRL! Dips my nuts in chocolate and sell it back to me baby! It also shares the spotlight with Reeses, but is a wonder for kids and adults alike. The baked goods taste great, and the other knick knacks are cool collectibles for any Hershey lovers dream! The penny was my personal keep sake and the 15 pounds I gained from all the delicious treats!"

"I was visiting Las Vegas and just had to stop here!
I was hoping to find some Herseys candy that I can't find at the regular stores, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, and was really only interested in chocolate, not all the other types of candy like, gummies, jelly bellies, wafers, marshmallows, etc.
They did have a nice showcase with fresh candy pieces and it looked like you could even watch them make things through glass windows on the side of the store. We were there later in the day though and missed out.
There were some giant bars and merchandise, but I ended up just getting a Hersheys chocolate ice cream. It was a small area that served fresh ice cream, (and shakes, I think.) (I forgot to be more observant and take better pictures for a future review)
It was pretty good ice cream and chocolatey, but could have been creamier and a larger portion, considering I spent around $11.00 for 1 scoop in a bowl.
A seating area would also have been nice (customers purchasing who are eating
on-the-spot candy and ice cream might linger longer and purchase more. Plus others like myself, who have painful medical conditions that make standing and walking painful, tend to quickly shop and go when there isn't in-store seating. I only spend about half the time in the store than I normally would have. Better on my budget, but not as good for store profit.
Though the store wasn't small, I was hoping for something little larger, and possibly something that had a space for Hershey's history, like maybe a timeline and/or museum type space and/or memorabilia etc,. I've seen some places that have a short film on loop on the history of the business (or historical event).
Anyway, just some critical observations, even though it was an overall enjoyable experience before heading home.
I would go back to visit if in the area."

"Fun experience coming here with my kids! They have an assortment of candy, chocolate, ice cream and souvenirs. My kids and I had ice cream shakes. I also grabbed some chocolate Hershey kisses and some hoodies and socks. Everything was great! Service was good and the store was pretty clean and organized! I would definitely keep coming back whenever I’m in town!"
