What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors often highlight Horseshoe Las Vegas's unbeatable central Strip location and value for money, especially after its rebranding. While some rooms are updated, others may show their age, and check-in lines can be a drawback. The hotel is seen as a solid, no-frills option for those prioritizing location and affordability.
"We had a fantastic stay at the Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas! The Junior Suite was excellent – really spacious with a large bathroom that included two sinks, which was super convenient. The room had everything we needed: a nice table with chairs, a comfy armchair, and a lovely view overlooking the LINQ High Roller. Everything was spotless, well-kept, and the atmosphere was surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.
The pool is only open Friday–Sunday, but when it is, it’s well worth visiting. It was very clean, spacious, and unlike many hotels on the Strip, there was plenty of room between loungers so it never felt crowded. A great bonus was being able to bring your own water, with filling stations provided at the pool. There were also fun extras like beanbag toss and table football, which made it a really enjoyable spot to spend time.
Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Great location, but A/C was mainly warm. No microwaves, or coffee machine at the hotel:/ food in the hotel was not good. They charge you $15 extra if you connect more than 2 devices to the WiFi. That's crazy. Overall good, and would come back, but not my first option, if you can stay somewhere else, I probably would try that."
Arantza S. Resendez
"Nice clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Pool is closed Monday through Thursday, that was not mentioned in the brochure. Don't know if we could have to Paris pool. Didn't use the services. Stayed on a Monday and Tuesday."

The Horseshoe Transformation
While the exterior and some interior elements reflect the new Horseshoe identity, it's important to note that not all areas were completely overhauled. Some rooms, particularly the 'Jubilee' rooms, remain in their older state, while others, especially in the Resort Tower, have been modernized. This creates a blend of old and new within the property.
The transition also emphasizes the hotel's prime location, leveraging its central Strip position. The connection to Paris Las Vegas further enhances its appeal, offering guests access to a wider range of amenities and dining options.
Navigating Las Vegas with Free Trams
While these trams are a fantastic free amenity, they don't cover every corner of the Strip. It's important to plan your routes and understand which hotels are connected. For instance, Horseshoe Las Vegas is internally connected to Paris Las Vegas, allowing for seamless movement between these two properties without stepping outside.
Beyond the trams, other transportation options include the Deuce bus, rideshares, and the Las Vegas Monorail. Understanding these options can help you efficiently explore the vast offerings of the Las Vegas Strip, making your stay more convenient and enjoyable.
Discovering Vegas Speakeasies
These speakeasies are celebrated for their creative cocktail menus and often provide a more personalized service. Some even offer the unique experience of creating your own cocktail based on your preferences, answering a few questions to craft your perfect drink. This level of customization adds to the allure and exclusivity of the speakeasy experience.
While some speakeasies might be walk-in friendly, it's generally a good idea to check their social media or website for reservation information, especially for popular spots or during busy periods. This ensures you won't miss out on discovering these hidden bars that add an extra layer of intrigue to your Las Vegas visit.
