The interactive nature and ample photo opportunities make it a hit for families and individuals alike. "This place was amazing! Even on a weekend it wasn't to busy so you could enjoy all the rooms how you wanted. You can freely go in and out to the different rooms. They dont rush you or even tell you that you have to go to the next room. The people are so nice and helpful! My favorite room was the first one. Loved the colors and the the mirrors was a crazy first room"

"OMG, the Infinity Museum is so cool! I'm not into taking video, but I have more than 50 from here because the roving images are gorgeous! There are 7 installations, among which are a 20-minute galaxial immersion, a medium difficulty mirror maze that took me a while to get through, a funky dodecahedron that you can see into, but can't see out of (do not hesitate to ask one of the employees to take pix/video inside; the employee who took them for me did a fantastic job! ❤️), and my favorite: the world's largest kaleidoscope! Don't worry about people in your photos - they only add to the images. You can't tell they're people, and they multiply in the mirrors. Super bada$$!
If you like immersions, definitely check this place out. Go when they first open for a bit of a discount, and on a weekday if you can to avoid the crowds. No matter when you go, be prepared for loud, noisy people who think that they're the only people inside. You can hear them 2 installations over. They largely have a short attention span, so if you stay for the whole galaxial immersion, they'll leave before you and won't disrupt your experience as much.
Finding the museum took a bit of searching, as it's inside of the Boulevard Mall on Maryland Parkway (just a few miles off-strip). That said, the entrance is outside the mall itself, which is next to the UEI building. For any Vegas locals, they took over the Sears building. Why they don't tell you this on their website I will never know."

"We really love this place! I feel like we got lucky that it was not super busy when we went, as I'm not sure our pictures would be as great if there were a lot of people. Definitely lots of amazing photo opportunities! It was worth the Uber ride from the strip. Don't wear a dress!"

The Art of Illusion: Exploring the Installations
Beyond the mirrors, the museum boasts the world's largest walk-in kaleidoscope, a truly unique attraction that offers a dynamic and colorful visual spectacle. Another highlight is the galaxial immersion, a 20-minute experience that transports visitors through a cosmic landscape. For those seeking interactive elements, rooms like the dodecahedron, where you can see in but not out, add an extra layer of intrigue. The museum's design encourages exploration at your own pace, allowing ample time to soak in the artistry and capture memorable moments.
Many visitors, including families with sensory-seeking children, have found the visual stimulation to be incredibly engaging and positive. The staff are frequently praised for their helpfulness, often assisting with taking photos and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This focus on interactive art and visitor engagement makes the Infinity Museum a standout attraction for those looking for something beyond traditional Vegas entertainment.
Capturing the Magic: Photography Tips
When visiting the world's largest kaleidoscope, try to capture the vibrant patterns and shifting colors. Moving around within the kaleidoscope can create different visual effects, so take your time to find the most striking compositions. For the galaxial immersion, focus on capturing the sweeping cosmic vistas. While it's a video-heavy experience, still shots can convey the vastness and beauty of the simulated universe. Remember to utilize your phone's camera features, such as portrait mode or wide-angle lenses, to enhance your shots.
Crucially, don't hesitate to ask the museum staff for assistance. They are often equipped with phones and are happy to take photos or videos for you, especially in rooms where it's difficult to get the perfect shot yourself, like the dodecahedron. This is a recurring tip from Reddit users who found the staff incredibly helpful in documenting their experience. Remember to check your phone's storage before you go, as you'll likely take more photos and videos than you anticipate!
Family Fun and Sensory Experiences
For families with children who have sensory needs, the museum is particularly well-suited. One review specifically mentioned how a nonverbal autistic granddaughter found the visually appealing environment perfect for her sensory-seeking needs, expressing her delight through her reactions. The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness further enhance the family-friendly atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit for everyone.
Parents can rest assured that the museum is designed to be safe and accessible for younger visitors. The ability to move at one's own pace through the exhibits means that families can tailor the experience to their children's energy levels and interests. It's a refreshing alternative to more passive attractions, offering a chance for active engagement and shared discovery.
