The staff was awesome from the jump, Chandler, JJ and the "Frenchman" pilot were kind, courteous and helpful from pick up to drop off, both the shuttle service and the balloon. The pilot was crazy knowledgeable and has a fascinating ballooning history, which he is passionate and ready to share. And trust me, plenty of "dad" style ballon jokes at the ready to keep you calm and laughing the entire trip. Beautiful, technical flight. Would do again."
