What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally praise the Las Vegas Ice Center for its comfortable facilities and the positive experiences offered during public skate and holiday events. Many highlight the dedication of coaches and staff in educational programs. However, some negative experiences have been reported regarding customer service and management, particularly concerning party bookings and interactions with specific program staff.
"I have been bringing my child here for over a year and we love it. The coaches put a lot of effort into helping the students develop in their skills and confidence on the ice.
The facility is very comfortable and has plenty of space, even during class turn over as families are coming and going.
If I was to have any complaint, it would be the store area is 99.9% hockey, but that is their main focus, and the staff will help you find any needed equipment."

"When you had your daughter's birthday booked for weeks and they want to cancel it the week before because management didn't inform them that they're closing early so you have to go and cancel all these invites and get a hold of the 15 plus kids and parents to cancel the party and because your child's birthday is so close to Christmas there's absolutely no where to re book. Thank you for helping ruin a child's 16th birthday!"

"Everyone at LVIC has been awesome (especially Brittany) but 3 different people warned me about Sean, the guy who runs all their hockey programs. I got the pleasure of having my first interaction with Sean and it was so bizarre and off putting that I'm reconsidering giving them any more business in the future. Interesting business model and approach when someone is trying to do more business with you and there are so many other options in town is all I will say. I'm not sure he realized I have three hockey players in my house hold. I'd also have chalked it up to having an off night, but this fell right in line with the feedback that I'd gotten from several others as well, so I'm pretty sure that's just how he treats people on a regular basis."
