What made this experience stand out was that it was run by an amazing team of women at the front desk. The customer service was top-tier — from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Checking in was easy, and they took the time to walk me through the different packages and help me pick the one that best suited what I was looking for.
Once on the range, the experience only got better. I got to shoot multiple types of guns — everything from pistols to powerful machine guns. The instructor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel totally confident and safe handling each weapon. Brian (my instructor) was very attentive and shared my excitement, as I did not bad for a beginner I understood. The facility looks very clean and nice, booking online (which I recommend) was smooth and a free pick-up and drop-off was part of the package. In hindsight, I wish I bought some extra mags for the M4, but because of all the excitement I did not think of it when it was all over. Bonus: a cool video of the experience is included in the package without any extra charge."
