"This place was my favorite spot from all at the New York New York! The vibe was so cool, chill and you can stand by the bar and pay $5 per person or sit and pay $20 I believe per person. All the music and requests were on point and the pianists make it so fun! Drinks were good, not great, just good but the ambiance is amazing."

"The dueling pianos show is a fun, entertaining evening. Be prepared to dance, sing, drink, and laugh! However, avoid ordering the food...it wasn't great. Our server was attentive and friendly! This is a must-stop."

"Had a brilliant time at this bar. Jose was very attentive with drinks and our players were brilliant. WOMEN BEWARE though, my friend got rufi'd here and we had to leave with her in a wheelchair. She'd had one drink and it was on a table near the pianos. There were some creepy older guys hanging around. Security were amazing at getting us home safely. Really sad end to a great night. Ladies do not leave your drinks unattended. We later found out this is a common practice here in Vegas to incapacitate and steal from tourists."

Consider visiting earlier in the evening when the crowd might be slightly more subdued and the music is still energetic. Be mindful of the cover charge, which applies to all guests, and the fact that food is generally not recommended. If your children are old enough to appreciate the music and the energetic vibe, it can be a memorable part of your Las Vegas trip.

The Dueling Piano Experience
Audience interaction is key. Tipping the pianists is customary for song requests, and the more you tip, the more likely your song will be played, especially if it's a complex or lengthy one. Some reviewers highlight specific pianists like Adam and Marty as exceptional entertainers who truly know how to work the crowd. However, it's worth noting that the quality of the performance can vary depending on who is playing that night, with some duos being more engaging than others.
Be prepared for the volume! The music is loud and meant to be immersive. If you're sensitive to noise, consider asking for earplugs. The lively environment makes it a fantastic spot for groups, solo travelers, or couples looking for a fun night out with live entertainment.
Navigating Cover Charges and Seating
Seating options significantly impact the cost. You can opt for standing room near the bar, which is the most economical choice, or secure a table for a more comfortable experience. Table seating usually comes with a higher cover charge. Arriving earlier in the evening can increase your chances of snagging a good spot, whether it's a prime standing location or a desirable table.
For solo travelers or those on a tighter budget, the standing area offers a great way to enjoy the show without the added expense of a table. However, if you plan to visit during peak hours or on a weekend, arriving early is highly recommended to avoid disappointment and potentially long queues.
Safety and Drink Awareness
This highlights the critical importance of never leaving your drink unattended. Always keep your drink in sight, and if you suspect it has been tampered with, alert the staff immediately. The review also mentioned that security was helpful in assisting them, underscoring the need to rely on venue staff if any issues arise.
While the piano bar offers a fun and lively atmosphere, it's essential for patrons, particularly women, to be aware of their surroundings and take precautions. This advice extends beyond this specific venue and is a general safety tip for navigating the Las Vegas nightlife scene.
