What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Resorts World Poker Room is praised for its welcoming atmosphere, comfortable chairs, and accessible cash game stakes like 1/2 NLHE. However, some players find the tables cramped after a shift to 9-handed and have experienced issues with tournament operations and food comps.
"Happy Friday the 13th. Ice / water machine has a small note on it that says do not use , yet the machine is plugged in and working. After I was told by staff where the water was, I went back to get some, didn’t see the note until my second refill. I talked to poker management about it , said it was a food and beverage issue. I stood and waited to figure out which seat was mine out of the general area a staff member pointed at. By the time my chips arrived and I was told which seat was mine , I sat down tilted already, and immediately stood back up , cashed in my chips without playing a hand, walked half a mile to the Wynn and tripled up. Glad I left."

"After going to 9 handed the tables are to small.and uncomfortable. They said they would go back to 8 after the series but did not. I used 49 food comp for raw dogs and the first 4 items I tried to order they said they no longer had that thier will be a new menu soon so I did not eat.. they did not put the Comp on my card and expired it and refused to put it back on.....I sent so many people to this room when it was 8 handed but this has turned into a micky mouse operation that does not care about the player experience...they had so much momentum going into the series and did everything they could to keep people away...its sad...they lost 50 people.insent over to the wynn instead of them because of this"
