"It is very expensive, but fun until you have mo more money to spend, i spend $100 and ot was gone in less then 15 minutes well i had 2 grandkids with me, and at the end i gues it evens out because they end up winning stuffed animals that ,in regular store ,cost lots of money, so we jad fun ,we dint had card to play so we jad to buy 1 for $55 and the activation fees are $2 but after that you just go to the machine and fill it up with more money either cash or card ,"

"I have tried to win sonic plushies on that I have been able to get to the edge. 20 times and no claw strength. AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR CLAWS. They do have more figurines than the outlet mall on the other side of town but the claws are somehow worse. Ughhhh. So disappointed in the Nevada locations."

"The staff was incredibly rude to us. Nobody wanted to greet us, everyone had a major attitude, and were very unwilling to serve you when you arrived to load up your card. Machines were breaking left and right and not a single worker in sight. I constantly had to search the building for workers when I needed help retrieving prizes or when machines kept breaking. I come from out of state in Arizona and we have 2 locations in the area. Don’t waste your money here just to be treated like crap for the duration of your visit when there’s better options out there. There wasn’t a huge variety of prizes like I was expecting since our two locations are much much larger. I am very disappointed in how we were treated and I truly regret giving you guys my money. Next time I’m in Vegas I won’t come to your round1. The staff is strict and unwilling to assist. Rules were very different compared to our home state locations. Every time I mentioned that’s not how it works at the other locations I was met with stern rude employees throwing the manager under the bus. In fact I wanted to speak to a manager about how we were treated today but nobody could find the time.

Your staff is expected to be friendly and fun. This is an arcade after all. I will not be returning and to anyone who’s reading this comment do not come here. Go to a truly local claw machine arcade. You’ll spend much less money, win more prizes, and not be treated like an inconvenience. Maybe don’t open at 10 am if you guys can’t treat people with respect and kindness since your team is so groggy and cranky. I expect much better service when I’m spending hundreds of dollars at your location. I’ll make sure to let all the Arizonans know that the Las Vegas locations are the worst I’ve been to yet.

Another thing to mention; the machines were constantly having issues. Most of them didn’t work for me. I paid for the upgraded game card back home and I came to this location and was locked out of several games. I noticed many of the machines taking more credits than what the machine says. I had the perfect amount to completely clear my credits but your machines took 13 credits instead of the advertised 12. Many times they took credits and then said please wait (for 4+ minutes) then said try again or your account is locked. Fix your machines. Fix your attitudes. I hope all of the workers from today get a talking to because this was supposed to be the last event I did of the day and your staff truly ruined the experience and the rest of our day. I am highly disappointed in round1 today and I hope higher up considers shutting down the Vegas locations."
