Reviews Summary

The D Las Vegas is praised for its unbeatable downtown location on Fremont Street, offering a lively atmosphere and great value. Guests appreciate the access to Stadium Swim at Circa and the energetic vibe of the casino floor. However, some find the rooms basic and are bothered by late-night noise from the street. Reddit+3

"They welcomed us with beer on the house which was nice because we're used to getting water bottles and cookies. The man who checked us in was professional and friendly. Everything about our two night stay was good except for a few minor things.
The first thing was that the loud music played until 2AM so if you're trying to sleep then you won't be able to. The speakers were so good we can feel the vibrations from the bass from our room on the 30th floor. We LOVE music and usually is ok with it but by 1am, I was hoping for a little shut eye.
The second is that we were trying to dine in at the restaurant on the second floor but it wasn't open. We check a few times but it was still closed. We ended up buying some sandwiches and drinks from the coffee stand but those sandwiches were dry and hard. We decided to eat elsewhere on fremont street.
Third, we were disappointed that there was no microwave nor mini refrigerator in the room. The door had a gap underneath that was too wide. Pictures included.

The hotel itself was great, they provided complimentary parking in their garage. Would I stay here again? Probably not."

"Bacon Nation inside The D lunch hours are 11-2 for the special. Get there at 1:45pm right behind two ladies and get told they are closed after they take the ladies order. Their manger was rude and didn't care. Went to front desk to complain and manager can just say they are sorry. The restaurant is in your hotel and you can't do anything about it. TV in room is small and old. Plugs on dresser don't work. No plugs to use your breathing machine for sleep by the bed unless you unplug clock or light. The D could and should do better!"

Chris McDonald

"We stayed at "The D" for four nights in a suite on the 16th floor. The suite itself was super clean, the bed and couch were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The room has a bar with stools, a table/chair set, and triple flat screen TV's on the wall, which is cool. I thought it was a little odd that the room, especially a suite, had two refrigerators but NO microwave or in-room coffee maker. Clearly they want you to keep your alcohol cold but want you to buy all your coffee and food from venues in the lobby or surrounding area. The ENORMOUS issue we had during our stay was the noise from the stage on Fremont street below our window. If you like nightly concert-level music vibrating throughout your room until 2am every. single. night. then this is the place for you! It was not the place for us, however, and we will never stay here again because of it.
Also - The casino area stunk of cigarettes and regret and was a chore to walk through each time we wanted to venture out to Fremont Street. I felt bad for the table-top dancers that were in the casino each night - not because of their chosen career, but because every one of them looked so unhappy to be there. Same with the various dealers and table attendants; if they didn't have any customers they would just stand there with this vacant "i wish I was somewhere else" look on their faces."
