Reviews Summary

Guests consistently praise The Palazzo for its exceptionally spacious and luxurious suites, often highlighting the marble bathrooms and stunning Strip views. The friendly and professional staff generally receive positive remarks, contributing to a high-end experience. However, some visitors have encountered issues with mini-fridge policies, unexpected charges during peak events, and occasional service delays.

"The Palazzo is an amazing hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the views were incredible. Being able to see the Sphere and the mountains made the stay even better.

Housekeeping was consistent and on point. We always had fresh, clean towels and the room was well taken care of throughout the stay. The staff across the hotel was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Overall, it was a great experience and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Vegas hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

Devan “D Leg” Legington

"Rooms were great. The service was mostly good except the one night we needed extra wash cloths and it took 4 calls and over an hour of waiting to get some.
Another day, the pool was closed for a private event. Effectively, it was doullble booked and I lost. Had to go to the pool at the resort next door, which was about a 1/4 mile walk, in my bathing suit. Not great.
Location is good, on the strip but near the north end. A location near the middle of the strip would be better. Beautiful hotel."

Steve E

"The room is great: real nice. Just realize the mini fridge is only for making money selling alcohol. There is absolutely not room is the mini fridge for personal items.
I asked if they can remove the liquor for purchase to store food. I also need it for insulin, the first offered a fee of 150 to remove it, then they offered another fridge for 45.00.
The room was lovely and a gratuity for a lot a playing we have done, so I won’t be a unappreciative jerk, just FYI, if you take any medication or need to keep some food fresh..,, bring your own."

[^review]

For those seeking an even more elevated experience, The Palazzo offers various upgraded suites, such as the Grand One Bedroom Suite or the Prestige Suite, which provide additional space and premium amenities. This seamless connection means guests at The Palazzo have immediate access to the vast array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options available at The Venetian, and vice versa. Navigating Potential Pitfalls: Reviews and Realities

While The Palazzo is widely praised for its luxurious suites and amenities, some guest experiences highlight areas where expectations might not always align with reality. A recurring theme in reviews concerns the mini-fridge policy. Guests often find that the fridge is stocked for purchase, with limited or no space for personal food items, and attempts to clear it for personal use can incur significant fees. [^review] This can be a particular issue for guests needing to store medication or specific dietary foods. [^review]

Another point of concern for some visitors is the potential for unexpected charges, particularly around major events like the F1 race. One review detailed a significant charge for a 'complimentary' room, with the explanation that demand during the event superseded the offer, a condition not clearly communicated at booking. [^review] This highlights the importance of carefully reading all terms and conditions, especially when booking during high-demand periods. [^review]

While housekeeping is generally efficient, some guests have reported minor issues like delayed delivery of requested items or instances of housekeeping attempting entry shortly after check-out. [^review] Additionally, pool closures for private events can disrupt plans, underscoring the need for flexibility and awareness of resort schedules. [^review] Despite these potential drawbacks, many guests still find The Palazzo to be a top-tier Vegas experience, emphasizing the quality of the suites and the overall grandeur of the resort.
