"This is a terrible venue. Getting there is a bit treacherous, uneven, torn up, lots of holes. "Floor" seats offer no view except a little of the tv screens and the backs of people's heads. There was zero communication about the rain delay. Laughlin is hosting some great performers, but the venue sucks. It is worth a $30 ticket, not $150."

"Although the Laughlin Event Center was only a few blocks from our hotel, the Edgewater Casino Resort, it was hot enough to walk there at the time. We therefore took the complimentary shuttle from our hotel, and they also provided some lovely, ice-cold bottled water, so there was no need to bring any. We arrived there at least an hour before the performance began, and it was good to view the theater without a large audience. Overall, we had a great time at the outdoor event, had access to plenty of restrooms, had enough food and beverages before the show, and finally found a nice seat in section 201 that had a back support and was high enough to view everything. I had anticipated it being really hot, but it was a pleasant 95 degrees, and an hour later, it was already dusk. There is a ton of workers everywhere, along with security personnel. Additionally, everything is protected, so I don't think there was any public parking. Pretty safe, everyone; fantastic job!"

Ok, so.. this venue is great! Accessable, clean, and easy to locate bathrooms. Handicap accessible. Phenomenal staff. (The staff were well organized and helpful, and I enjoyed their enthusiasm. I wish I had asked one "pink shirt" his name. This venue staffer was good humored. He & I were both lacking the info on exactly which perfomer was which. I asked him who was who..lmfao.. he didn't know either, but we were stlll "boot scootin!")
Thank you to ALL of those hard-working staff members who worked tirelessly so that BROOKS & DUNN could perform such an AMAZING CONCERT! I will be back for DEBBIE GIBSON!!"
