What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Mount Scott for its absolutely spectacular and breathtaking panoramic views from the summit. The easy-to-access paved road, suitable for driving, is a major plus, though many also appreciate the hiking opportunities. The sunset views are particularly highlighted as a must-see experience.
"One of the highlights of our trip to Medicine Park. We went in the morning but I hear the evening at sunset is spectacular. The morning views were just as stunning. There are plenty of places to hike up to the peak and then around the boulders and rock formations on the peak. You can drive all the way to the top if you just want to enjoy the scenery which is again spectacular no matter the time of day. We were even treated to the sight and sound of Fort Sill firing artillery off in the distance. It is a must see/do place if you are in the area."
Michael Carter
"Beautiful views!!! The road up is well paved with most of it protected with guardrails on the downside and plenty of room for traffic going both ways. There are a couple different parking areas at the top with little platforms around the edge to get really good views. Some people were exploring over the edge so if you do that be very careful...it's a long way down if you tumble."

"This place is breathtaking. It's my go to spot to take a hike and soak up the beautiful scenery. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful hike surrounded by awesome sights"
